Aberdare Fountain
A new lease of life
for a fountain in this
Mid-Wales park.
The Dorothea team was called in when the fountain in Aberdare Park had stopped working.
The problem was diagnosed as both a failure of the water pump and a blockage in a number of the water pipes and jets.
EOperatives from our Bristol works installed and commissioned a new water pump, clearing the old pit of an accumulation of soil and other debris. The
water pipes and jets were cleared out and the fountain was made to operate fully once again.
