Cast iron staircase restoration

Langford Veterinary collage is part of University West of England (UWE) and is set in beautiful grounds just outside of Bristol.

The staircase sits on top one of the old historic grade 2 listed buildings.  It gives access to a wooden octagon lantern to provide views around the grounds.

We restored the staircase last year and following completion of roofing works are now beginning installation. 

Missing sections of casting were copied and recast from original surviving sections whilst remaining elements, where serviceable were pinned and repaired.
