Tracey Farm Waterwheel Refurbishment

We enter the New Year with the waterwheel lifted out of the pit and ready for the replacement of buckets, sole boards and radial arms. We have installed temporary softwood radial arms and braces to provide a secure and stable wheel before replacing any additional items. Our team are currently repairing the upright shaft and refurbishing the ring gear and all cast and wrought iron items ready for the on-site refurbishment works to commence shortly.
